Alcalá put pressure on the Council before the halt of urbanism in Alcossebre.

After the adoption of the Pativel, a moratorium of the Generalitat to new construction within 500 meters from the beach, most of the House approves a motion to reconsider the Generalitat, and demand a study ´´individualizado´´ of developable land.  They are convinced that can be a burden for the town.
